Outlet records, terms and history. Visible to the reps and managers who own that relationship.
People see their own patch, and no further.
Access follows the role. A rep, a distributor manager and brand HQ each get a different, appropriate view of the same network.
Field rep
Their own routes, assigned outlets and order entry. No view into other territories' commercials.
Distributor manager
Their distributor's territories, reps, outlets and performance. Not other distributors' data.

Network-wide coverage and rolled-up performance across distributors, without editing another party's records.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Data moving between the field app, our services and HQ is encrypted in transit. Stored data is encrypted at rest. Credentials are never sent or stored in plain text.
Compliance posture, stated honestly
We describe only where we actually stand today, and we will not claim certifications we do not hold. If you have a specific compliance requirement, raise it on a call and we will tell you plainly whether we meet it, where we are working toward it, or where we do not.
