This policy explains how GLOPSCO handles the information that flows through the GLOPSCO platform: the account details of the people who use it, and the field, order and outlet data their teams generate while running a distribution network.

It applies to our website and to the GLOPSCO web and field applications.

Account information you provide when you sign up or book a demo, such as your name, company, work email and role.

Operational data your team enters while using the platform, including outlets, distributor records, visit logs, orders and the location context tied to those field activities.

Technical information generated automatically, such as device and log data, used to keep the service secure and working.

To provide the coverage, routing, tracking and forecasting features you sign up for.

To arrange and follow up on a demo when you request one, and to send you account and login details when you register.

To keep the platform secure, diagnose issues and improve how the product works for distribution teams.

Location context is captured to score coverage, build routes and confirm where orders and visits happen. It is used for work carried out through the platform, not to monitor individuals outside of their field activity.

Access to field and outlet data follows role: reps, distributor managers and brand HQ each see only the scope appropriate to their role.

We do not sell your data. Within your own organisation, data is shared according to the role-based access described above.

We use a small number of service providers to run the platform, such as infrastructure and transactional email. They process data only on our instructions and only to deliver the service.

We keep operational and account data for as long as your organisation uses GLOPSCO, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and contractual obligations. On request, and subject to those obligations, we will delete or return your data.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is controlled by role. Our security approach is described in more detail on the security page.
