GLOPSCO
Features · Territory Mapping

A coverage score, not a coloured-in region.

GLOPSCO scores every zone on what actually happened on the ground, so a territory that looks 'assigned' can't hide the outlets no one has reached.

How zones are scored

Three signals decide whether a zone is truly covered.

Each zone carries a live coverage score built from field reality, refreshed as visits and orders land.

Visit recency

Days since a rep last stood in each outlet, weighted so long-quiet outlets pull a zone score down fast.

Order density

Share of outlets in the zone that actually ordered this cycle, not just those on the list.

Reachable outlets

Outlets a rep can realistically service against the routes and frequency you run.

Worked example

Four zones, one that's quietly slipping.

Region totals would average these into a comfortable number. Coverage scoring keeps Zone C visible.

ZoneVisitedOrderedScoreState
Zone A41/663862% OK
Zone B58/695584% OK
Zone C19/611431% Gap
Zone D60/775178% OK

Gap detected in Zone C. Only 19 of 61 outlets were visited this cycle and orders fell with them. GLOPSCO flags the zone, lists the unvisited outlets, and feeds them straight into the next routing run.
