Does the field app work without signal?
Yes. Reps can capture orders and log visits fully offline. Entries queue on the device and sync to HQ automatically the moment a connection returns, so a dead zone never blocks an order.
Can we migrate data from our existing DMS or SFA tool?
In most cases, yes. Outlet lists, distributor records and order history can be imported from common distributor-management and field-sales tools during onboarding. We review your exports first and map the fields before anything goes live.
What do contract terms look like?
Plans run on an annual agreement, billed to suit your finance cycle. Network deployments include a scoped onboarding phase. We'll put exact terms in writing once we understand your network size.
